At St Aloysius Catholic Primary School Cronulla, students have an active voice within the school and greater community through our Student Representative Council, Buddies Program, Mini Vinnies and specifically taught leadership programs. Such programs include our Year 5 program that develops leadership skills and collaborative practices among our students.

Student voice is encouraged with great emphasis placed on developing the capacity for active listening and collaboration as part of our students learning journey.

Outside of the classroom, our Mercy Market Day celebration is a special event that displays our leadership and entrepreneurial skills in making and selling products to raise funds for Mercy Works. Our students represent the school at special events like ANZAC Day, Armistice Day, Young Justice Day and the Pope Francis awards, and through fun activities to support the work of Caritas to live out our school motto ‘United in Christ, making a difference in our world’.
