Personal Message: Ever since I was young I wanted to become a teacher, so that I could make a real difference to the life of every student I taught. By creating a positive, caring, supportive and challenging environment, where each child feels confident to take risks with their learning, I witness students achieving personal growth daily. There is nothing more rewarding than celebrating their success and being part of this journey in helping each child reach their true potential.

Area of Responsibility: I am the Diverse Learning Needs Teacher at St Aloysius and I work collaboratively with parents, teachers and students to support the individual needs of our diverse learners.

Professional Experience: I am a passionate, dedicated and experienced educator, having taught for over 20 years in Australia, as well as abroad in England and America. I hold a Diploma of Teaching and Bachelor of Education and graduated with Merit, becoming a ‘Targeted Graduate’. Throughout my teaching experience, I have taught at five local Catholic Primary Schools and held previous leadership positions. Recently, I trained in Reading Recovery and have taught across all grades K-6.
